- It helps to continue to take “smoke-free” breaks away from smokers, in order to decompress, after you have quit.
- E-cigarettes and vaporizers have been shown to help in quitting, as long as nicotine is gradually reduced. It is also important to not begin a new habit, especially since the safety of different vapors has not yet been evaluated.
