- Please make sure that you spend at least 8 hours of the day without your denture in.
- Wearing a denture too long can cause irritation and loss of circulation to the tissues underneath the denture. In order to keep the tissue healthy, daily rest is required.
- Use hand or dish soap, or a denture paste and a denture brush to clean denture daily.
- A denture soak may also be used.
- Please continue with your cleanings regularly, if you have teeth remaining.
- If you have 2 full dentures, please continue with dental exams yearly in order to check oral tissues and denture fit.
