Brush & floss as directed, at least twice per day.
- Consolidate acidic and carbohydrate foods to mealtime and rinse or brush afterward.
- If foods are highly acidic, rinse with water and wait 30 minutes prior to brushing.
- Supplement remineralization with fluoride rinse before bed.
- Consider toothpastes with additional anti-cavity ingredients (xylitol and calcium phosphate) or higher fluoride concentrations (discuss need with prescription with Dr. Maaskant).
